Collection Management1725

Collector EricRemillard private msg quote post Address this user
Just wondering what, if any, program people use to manage their collections. I would not say that I have the largest collection in the world by any means, but I have a large enough collection that I am trying to figure out a good way to keep track of what I have.

many threads on this topic but "comicbase" or "comic collector" are a good starting point. Several others are out there.

Some apps you pay for some are free. Some are for mobile some are for computer.

Try the free ones first on the device you want to use and go from there.

I use CLZ Comics Database.
It's $14.99, however there is no limits
to how many entries there are.
Works very well for my use.

CLZ Mobile Downloads

I have used Stash My Comics for a while now.
Stash My Comics

I think it is only online.
It works for what I need and it is free.

I use CLZ Comics Database. It's $14.99 and although I was hesitant at first it was the best thing I did. Tried others companies but by far CLZ is the best.

As many others have pointed out CLZ is choice for on the go needs. Just nice to pull the phone out and search the collection/wishlist/notes instead of scratching your head like "mehhh I think I have a solid copy of this". Then excel or google sheets for the at home records.

No comic shops within 30 miles of me, so I do all my comic buying from home.

Hi Eric - I'm of course biased here because I wrote the software, but my site Nostomania should work really well for you. A key feature Nostomania gives you that none of the other suggested sites and solutions provide, is an estimate of value for your books based on actual sales. And yes, I compute separate pricing for CBCS and allow you to select this certification service when entering your books

I'm happy to answer any questions Eric, check it out!
