Turnaround times are really bad. I handed them books at the July 2021 show in Connecticut. That was the last Saturday of July. It’s now the last Saturday of March. They are still in “grading” | ||

July 8 2021 submission, modern only. after inquiring repeatably I finally got an email from customer service saying that my order will ship within 2 weeks (putting me just shy of week 40). we'll see if that rings true |

March 6th 2021 - ready for pickup in Dallas -MCS says it should be a week or 2 for them to do the pickup April 9th 2021 - been in labels since before Christmas May 9th 2021 - in 'ShipToCanada' for wanna say 6 weeks?? Was hopeful that the April 9th order would come back to Canada before or at least the same time as the May 9th order!! I have no idea how I will pickup the May 9th order - I opted for in person pickup because I thought by now the CBCS Canada issues would be resolved - thankfully no more covid restrictions but now all we have is some Beckett sales rep - will he be there to manage pickups?? is Universal Distribution handling it?? borders are mostly clear now but it seems CBCS Canada is still in limbo town! November 2021 and Feb 2022 will be presents for 2024!!! Time to send in a few more books before price increases though - 2025 here we come!!!! |

I'm Still waiting on June books no pressing, or anything extra. They have been on Heatseal for at least two months. MIne are almost 39 weeks in, 271 days in CBCS prison. | ||

Just got an email from CBCS about some of the stuff we talk about which start out as follows. "CBCS, the industry leading comic book grading, pressing and signature authentication company in the collectibles arena, launches new tiers, guarantees and services starting in April 2022. As the company continues to grow and serve customers, the April launches and other 2022 planned releases will address customer concerns. CBCS has added new customer service, production and operations teams. The company also is addressing inventory backlogs and demands and limiting price increases to provide real value to customers." |

Sounds like they are increasing prices in April. Bet that will make the TAT worse. Everytime CGC increased prices, the TAT increased because of collectors trying to get that good price before it went up. | ||

Just in case it's helpful: submitted 1 book May 28, 2021 for pressing and grading. Just received info that it was pressed and is in pre-grading. My dashboard reads "grading" and my invoice now reads "labels." I'm happy as long as I eventually get it back, so I was glad to see this progress (though it was made just after I sent an inquiry to customer service). | ||

July 8 2021 submission - 6 modern - no options. Dashboard just jumped from grading/labels to shipping/ShipToCanada. Bottom line... ignore the dashboard. |

That would be a good idea. They should send out mass email alerts about current TAT changes. This would probably alleviate the customer service issues a little bit. | ||
