The accurate and timely reporting of order status is one of the things that the CBCS web site is, uh... not real good at (to be kind). The good news is that they know it so hopefully, like TAT, it's on the list to be fixed. Having to click the print invoice to get the "real" status (which still isn't always correct) is about THE DUMBEST thing I've seen implemented in the web context, and I have to admit I was one of the ones howling about not knowing until some kind forum member pointed it out. And even then I'm thinking, "Why would I want to print what's on the screen when it doesn't tell me anything." DOH!!! Talk about counterintuitive! |

@erikdj79 have you taken a peek at the Newbie's guide? https://forum.cbcscomics.com/topic/9896/page/1/cbcs-101-a-newbies-guide/ It's a bit long now with the various questions that people have asked but covers stuff like how to find your order status on the invoice, what the statuses are (processing is not one), and so on. The first few posts cover the basics and it's filled out from there. If your order was quickstream from January, and you didn't include anything slower with it, it should be close to done by now. I received one back from February. |

My first two Vintage Express orders (because Quickstream isn't a thing anymore) were completed and available for pickup 11 and 14 calendar days after delivery. The two Quickstream orders before that were available in 21 and 27 calendar days after delivery. On the flip side my Consumer order from July, and my Expanded order from early August, have both been in "Labels" since mid-February. |

So, I located the status where you said. "Submitted." My big problem here is just the bait and switch. I did a lot of calculating about when I would potentially get them back and chose to pay for a service that had a specific estimated TAT, with the understanding that it may be slightly off. Looking at a "submitted" status 5 weeks after I expected to have them back is nowhere close to what I paid for, and would never have sent them in the first place. They were all signature verification, quickstream, and fast press. I chose not to have any that could not be verified pressed or graded, which means signature verification had to come first. So, 14 weeks later, THAT hasn't even been done? That's unforgivable. | ||

Well my next to last order is finally shipping after 9 Months. Both orders were received on the same day , but for some reason this one was completed first. Both orders were Modern, no press, no signature. So they must be in the end of July timeframe for processing. | ||

I have given up complaining. Sorta like a tree falling in the forest and no one hearing it. Maybe even pissing in the wind during a windstorm. I've altered my actions and I'll be straightforward and mention I just sent in 13 books to the other guys that had previously been destined for here. I'm not afraid to be truthful during any interaction with anyone or business. Some will say its disrespectful for this forum. I will say I'm being honest - Which is all I ever wanted from their Marketing release. "Heard the complaints of our customers" does not equal "TAT increase to 244 days". It just doesn't. |

@beastboy1980 To make you feel even better, the TAT was like 17-20 weeks back then (as best I can remember). So yeah now the wait posted is 11.2 months and that is not factoring in holidays, vacations, etc. But maybe they are posting such a long time so they will be sure to meet the TAT. | ||
