| Whoa... Sweet.... New express hyper tier. TAT at 2 weeks guaranteed by CBCS! Go ahead and bill those books out and keep my money from over 8 months ago on a regular submission. Keep putting new submissions above the ones that have been there. Thats a real good look. Two submissions sent in a week apart from each other in August. The earlier has been in "grading" for 2 months and the other, submitted a week later, is still only "received". That means over the course of a week the TAT increased by a couple months. I guess I get the new TAT of 200 days or whatever, even though it was 2 to 3 months at the time. Keep flipping me off and many other longtime customers CBCS, also keep collecting more new money while books sit and are pushed to the end of the line. I'll just keep waiting, no biggy, even if it is effing disgusting. |

I'm waiting on a slow order from last April still (just about at the year mark) and I sent a slow order in the same box as this fast one that I don't expect to see for quite a while. I jumped myself but the order I'm getting back was priced into the faster tiers so I didn't have much of an option. | ||

| I'm disappointed in the new pricing tiers/TATs. It's a veiled way to have to pay significantly more for the same service as previous. In January I submitted four books at the Quickstream level that cost $58 each. I had them back in 2 weeks. Those same books today -- to get them back in 14 days -- I'd have to do the Vintage+ with Express level, which is $100 each. A STAGGERING increase. |

| @Zipper be extremely happy if you got your books back in 2 weeks. I have a 2 Day Modern order that I paid $50 per book for back in May 2021. I get no answers on any of my inquiries about it. 10K in books out there somewhere swinging in the breeze. I have a 25,000+ book collection still to be graded. I have graded with CGC exclusively and finally put in some nice books with CBCS. Not the experience I was hoping for. Easy to say who will be retaining my business at this point. I don't mind that CBCS sells for less on the open market. But factor in the service and TAT...... forget about it. | ||

| Got the shipping email... from FedEx. This was a very end of April 2021 modern/expanded order with pressing. It was marked received on my end in mid May and I got the email that it moved to grading in mid January. If memory serves it moved to labels pretty quickly after that and has been there for close to 2-3 months. |

| My April order has now joined my May order in 'ShipToCanada' Sad thing is one is for the post office to deliver and the other for me to pickup in person. | what is confusing on CBCS MAIN page is this. when you hit turn around times it brings up non members days. it really should show on this page the paid members and dealers times. then have a bottom display of non members. |

| I had a book with some paper under the slab on top of the book that had to be sent back as a mechanical error. All in all it only took a month to fix the issue and have it back in my hands. Thanks CGC! |

| I have 60 books checked in Sept 19 , i shipped middle of august. TAT at the time was 23 weeks. Should have had my books back long ago. The TAT is a moving target. Not sure why they bother putting it on anything but express. | ||

| I think I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I’ll be looking at a 2 year TAT because I had the audacity to press my books. However what’s a little hurtful is all the new tiers and some older ones that will keep bumping my books to the back of the line. That’s kinda crappy. | ||

Sent in regular modern with cbcs end of aug, recieved Sept 19 Still in the recieved state in my account, tat at the time was 23, every month an extra week has been added. I sent to CGC regular modern early october, recieved by them oct 14, i recieved those books back February 9th. They are not beating CGC timewise, not even close in my experience. It feels like cgc is trying to beat the posted tats, CBCS should not put them up cause it clearly meant nothing. | ||
