Is this the 6 minute mile diet?

It is the “if you don’t want a gallbladder attack then you’d better not eat any fat” diet plan. I’ve cut my fat intake down to almost nothing. Tie that in with running and you get weight loss totaling 50+ lbs. I weigh less today than I did 20 years ago. In 3 months I hope to weigh what I did almost 30 years ago.

Also, it’s a 6:15 mile and he’s still killing me. He qualified for 3 events at Jr. Olympics in his age group.

Losing a decade of weight every 3 months is a pretty good pace!

Dude, I'm so sorry to hear you've got gall bladder issues. That's such a drag. Mine had to go bye-bye a couple years ago and I can thank gallstones for that.

Very jealous over here! I need to put more effort into losing weight than I do. You're inspiring me!!

We can just keep searching for that shortcut to fitness that requires no discipline or sacrifice. I think we will find it eventually.

Sadly, the sacrifice will likely be my bag of Cheetos (though Cheetos are the lesser of many evils) which will be replaced by a bag of baby carrots. Same colour, fewer orange fingers.

While there are few things that are sadder than receiving an 'oops' doughnut from Krispy Kreme, you could always see about auctioning it off on eBay as a rare one-of-a-kind 'error' doughnut.

@Davethebrave will do!! The green eggs are great too from what I've read.

My wife made a peach cobbler that she wants to put in the Joe. I'll let you know how it all goes. 🍻

I live in west palm beach.

No I haven't tried their key lime pie. I had stomach surgery and I can only eat small amounts. No way in hell I can finish off a pie that size in a year much less before it spoils.
