| More typical dinner fare. Chicken “Thai-style” curry. Made a curry paste with a mix of dry and fresh spices/herbs. Fresh basil still to be added after a slow simmer. Unfortunately have to add most of the heat-kick at the end. Adult lemonade makes a great accompaniment or, more appropriately, aperitif.    |
