| I used to do some travel photography back in the distant past when travel was an option. I also do a little bird photography, though in order to be really good at that, you need to have equipment that costs a lot more than what I have, so I merely dabble. Naturally, the following is several years old, but I took it on one of the last trips to Japan that I was able to take. This is the garden at Matsuo Taisha Grand Shrine in Kyoto. The garden was designed by Shigemori Mirei, a very famous modern garden artist/designer.  This one is simply "Awesome Osprey."  |
