Why did CBCS change the Estimated Turnaround Times that are posted on this site from weeks to business days (when CBCS facility is open)?

Go Collect question: When I am viewing their hot list and let's say I am on the 50th hottest book which today was Moon Knight #1 Newstand version. I click on it and get data. So then I have to backspace to leave and it takes me all the way back to book #1. What if I wanted to look at the 51st hottest book next? This has been bugging me for awhile. Even worse, let's say I choose to look at the Copper Aga hottest 100. I go to look at data on let's say ASM 298. When I click out it takes me completely out of Copper Age and puts be back at All Hot books #1. There must be some other way to navigate through this. It was so much better before they changed everything. Can anyone tell me if I am missing something? Can anyone recommend if CoverPrice is better? I see a few You Tubers that do reports based on that. Any ideas? |

@BrianGreensnips - I frequently use an iPad or laptop to view Go Collect, and here’s what I do. From the Market Overview page, I open each of the categories in a new page. Then I set it so I can view 20 books per page. It is too frustrating and a waste of time to use the back arrow. Just close out the pages when you are done.

I believe you can Raw grade them, but not encapsulate. Edit Here is an example on ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/324802322991?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=gqCMU35YTpO&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=x0YWgosxQv2&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY |

@Vrishnak - No, treasuries are too big for even magazine-sized slabs. Due to their size, the slabs would weigh (and cost) a ton!

I chose Press Screening for something. Does this have to still wait in line for 57 weeks for its turn, to be screened, or is it screened and then put in the 57 week queue?

Does anyone know of a reputable comic presser/cleaner in the Dallas area, other than CBCS, with reasonable turnaround times? A friend of mine pressed my comics but he doesn't do cleaning. I'd like to have some books cleaned only and if possible save on shipping by submitting to someone close to the CBCS office. Thanks!

I had some books graded several years ago. I did not look at them that carefully when they arrived. I'm looking to sell them now and as I am taking pics, I noticed that the whole batch has this defect on the side. About the middle of the long side. Some on the left side, some on the right. Can I / should I get these re-slabbed? |

@CLT - That's normal; it's the mark left by the mold that the slab was made in.
