| With all the delays going on, how soon can I expect a change in status from "Submitted" to "Received"? I don't want to lose faith in the mailing system while continue to wait. Sorry if this has been asked before. | ||

| As a frame of reference pertaining to my books: 1 book - Modern - Submitted at Terrificon in Ct on July 30th weekend is in "submitted". My dashboard date on this 1 book is October 1 (which I don't understand, but so be it). | ||

| I submitted some books in August that took a couple of months to be marked as "received." I submitted another few in December that were, encouragingly, marked "received" in about a week. | ||

| If you drop off the books at the CBCS office, they'll be marked "received" by the next day. It's one of the relatively few benefits of living in Dallas. | ||

| So at least a month is what I gather. Thanks, everyone. I think I may just get the habit of submitting monthly. | ||

| @grademystuff Nope. Boxes are opened when they come in; being marked as received is just a customer-side tracking thing. | ||
