Thank you for the review. It sounds like it might be worth watching.

Those studio lamps throw off tons of heat.

Oh…in-story explanation? Heart of a lion, metabolism of a hummingbird?

I've been making my way through season three of Doom Patrol. I'm at episode 8. It's kind of funny and quirky but I am finding it increasingly difficult to connect the dots on that show.

Binged the remainder of ‘Reacher’ on Prime yesterday (episodes 2-8) while bagging & boarding books.

It was heavy on the violence, with a good mystery at its core. I think Jack & Frank Castle would hit it off famously.

I’m interested to see more. Probably a 7/10.

Stripperland

Pretty much a spinoff of Zombieland. Only in this flick, it's just the strippers that become zombies. Still a fun movie.

I imagine it's amazing. Unfortunately I can't have that showing up in my viewing history. My 15 year old will take it as license to roam.

@EbayMafia

Amazon allows for a free 2nd account. Create a 2nd account and assign it to a secondary email. You can keep your questionable habits to yourself

Edit 2

So amazon is jacking up membership costs soon. One way to delay the inevitable. Buy a gift membership. Turn off auto renew. And renew with the gift membership. I have no idea how many times you can do this, but there have been talks about extending that subscription 6x or more..... personally I think I'll just do one year.

Then your 15 year old should not have access to your viewing history.

Yeah, no kidding. Kids today have access to way too much.

We just started "A Discovery of Witches" kind of randomly based on nothing but some online mention and so far it's pretty good ... only 2 eps in but it isn't juvenile which is something you can't say about most fantasy shows these days.

I don't have a lot of time and someone said "Witcher" sucked so coin toss went to "A Discovery ..."

yes, still can't figure out if I like it or not.

My wife and I started watching Castle; hadn't ever watched it. Decent buddy dramedy.

I liked the first season better than the second but I enjoyed both. I never played the games or read the books so that could be a factor.

Well i watched the first episode. I was not thrilled (i didn't read the books or play the game, either) but it was far from 'suck'. It was okay for a 1st episode IMHO. So I'll have to keep watching. Henry Cavil is a gamer and loves being the Witcher, i read on DenOfGeek and knows more about the franchise then the writers and director apparently LOL

The "Discovery of Witches" show is pretty good so far.
