What Are You Watching?: Part II16640

Collector 00slim private msg quote post Address this user
Just finished watching’ The Talented Mr. Ripley’ (1999) for the first time.

Why didn’t they make sequels to this? It was pretty solid. I see they’ve made movies of a couple of the other books, but not with Matt Damon. Kind of a shame. He was great in it (as always).

@Josh7945 That opening sequence to the first one is just masterful.

Very curious to see how the new one works out.

If there’s ever a zombie apocalypse, then I’d like it to be “Night of the Living Dead” zombies and not Korean zombies. They are just darn fast

I can’t wait to watch this one.

“What’s your favorite scary movie?” Has to be one of the best horror lines for fans ever.

I watched "Train To Busan" a couple years ago, and you're right, Korean zombies are pretty darn fast. I'll definitely check out the movie you posted.

But I'm like you, if there's ever a ZA, I want to walk or trot and still gain a lead.

In "Day of the Dead" (American film), zombies were pretty fast as well, and they could crawl on walls and ceilings.

Not overlooked by all of us ... one of my favorite bands as an impressionable new wave kid in the 80's.

Dance, Goddammit.

Anyone interested in the Zodiac serial killings should watch this.

@GAC Interesting. I’m a huge fan of the Fincher film based on them. It’s probably his best work.

(One of the suspects was from my hometown of Valley Springs, California).

I made it through about 30 minutes of Eternals before skimming through the rest to see if anything worthwhile happens...what a snoozefest.

I did the same with the 1st Avengers movie (3 times - about 20 minutes in), then I either sold it, or gave it away... can't remember.

Fincher is great and so was his film! The Zodiac mystery is fascinating to me. I've watched many documentaries on the subject. This one was interesting but the last episode was a little disappointing.

I usually get an email when my books are received. I also get one when they are finished being graded, Usually I get another one 1-3 days later saying my books have been shipped with a tracking number. That’s been my experience.

Wife and I have been watching Vice Principals and The Righteous Gemstones. Really enjoy Danny McBride comedies even though I can't get my wife into Eastbound And Down.

The Righteous Gemstones season 2 seems pretty promising the first two episodes were really good.
