modification of my order to be processed faster ?16609

Hi, It's been about 3 months since I sent to CBCS my books to get graded, I still have gotten no confirmation that they even have my book.
I would like to mention that this is my first time using the CBCS service.
I learned on the forum that the delays could be extremely long.
I have sent emails requesting information about my order and still have no responses.
So I was wondering if there was a way to cancel the press of my books to shorten the delay?

Thank you

I've actually had good experiences with the customer service email. Both with assistance for my first ever submission, and upgrading to fast press on another invoice. Of course, this is all at the start of the current shmozzle. It wouldn't hurt to email customer service with your invoice number and request eliminating pressing.

My opinion though is if you felt a press would help them when you submitted it, eliminating the press is asking for a unsatisfactory result.

This!

If you skip the press, you may wind up regretting it, and you may find yourself sending them back in again for the press.

The books are already there so just kick back and be patient with the process.

Next time just slip a couple Benjamins in the order and see what happens

If the viagra is working you should be well over a 9.8. xkonk private msg quote post Address this user
I believe that when everything started slowing drastically, CBCS said that they wouldn't allow any order modifications. It gums thing up more. But you can always email customer service and see if they'll do it for you.

By the way, did you send your books directly to Texas or did you use the Canadian option? Going through Oakville is notably slower.
