These X-Men are not new to my collection as a matter of fact #95 was the very first X-Men comic book I bought as a kid. The other 3 were the next three I bought from a drug store. I could not afford every comic that came out, that’s why there are gaps. What is new to my collection are the Chris Claremont signatures. I know some don’t dig them but I do and meeting him was quite the experience as he is very kind and loves telling stories about the comics he worked on.     |

| received the Facsmile copy of Ultimate Fallout #4 I bought (with a good price) from HulkSmash in the mail today. It might not be worth a lot but will get it graded. Will look nice on display (maybe one day get a 1st or 2nd printing if I can afford to) | ||

| Love it when a bunch of books show up at the same time. Big thanks to @EddieTheComicGuy for the Batman #423 and surprise bonus book of Spawn #12, signed no less! Awesome guy to deal with, super fast shipping and the books were packaged like Fort Knox. Love this forum! Also glad to have a nice X-Men #129 back in the collection. That will be heading off to grading next year. And I couldn’t pass up the Jock foil cover. Was trying to focus on older books and only pick up trades for the current Batman books but DC keeps pulling me back in with the Jock and Bermejo covers.    |

A couple of trades came in today! Punisher Soviet in particular was a doozy to find, at a decent price, at least! I think it came out around the time Marvel shuttered all the Punisher titles or maybe Covid curtailed it’s print run. Either way, there seem to be a lot of copies of the German printing floating around out there and two separate vendors ended up cancelling my order because it was actually out of stock. So I’m really glad I was finally able to secure a decent copy without spending the $40-$60 some people are asking for it. |
