If the viagra is working you should be well over a 9.8. xkonk private msg quote post Address this user
@bige31 the last two are from the same X-23 series as the 2 and 5 you have earlier in the pictures. MCS has some highish prices on them (especially #1) but I've never noted them to be selling for that much on eBay.

Got this one today. Not a super-desirable book necessarily, but its a 9.2 from April 1950 and a Crowley Copy, which was my initial interest in this book.

I thought about an unboxing thread and even took the pictures. However, I decided I wasn't that pretentious nor did I need that much attention. For some reason, I never managed to own a copy of this book and this one was so pretty. So, without further ado, here is the first X-Men #66 that I have ever owned.

@bige31 The must-have was a later reprint (they had to release 2 and 3 to make the collection, natch). According to MCS, X-23 1 came out in Nov 2010 and the Must-Have in March 2011.

@DrWatson

Thank you. I HATE unboxing videos. It's show us or don't. Nobody gives that much of a crap about the books a stranger owns.....

I like unboxing videos and threads but it is annoying when after 20+ posts there's still no book revealed lol!

One of the books I buy for fun, instead of investment potential. 80 pages.

Had a few drinks the other night and got it in my head that I needed to own a first appearance of Madcap before the next Dead Pool movie comes out. I don't think we've ever discussed this one as a speculative book. Could be something if the movie rumors pan out:

Have I told you about the time I dropped off 3,000 comics at SDCC? Scifinator private msg quote post Address this user
I just added these two pieces to my collection:

1st is an upgrade to the CBCS ASP 9.6 that I had and will now sell.

2nd is an upgrade to the cgc 9.8 that I had and will now sell.

I still need to replace these two with CBCS ASP 9.8's to complete my 12 Back run:

I am not a fan of obtrusive autographs, so I would love to replace this Cassaday with another Christopher autograph.

Of course this VCJ needs a CBCS encasement but also needs a JTC autograph for uniformity.

This came in today. Was pretty happy to find it in a lower grade and affordable.

SS #3, signed by Stan Lee. Headed off to CBCS tomorrow or Friday.
