I didn't have a picture when I first came across the mention of bound volumes. Bought these at auction in 2020 (I think...may have been 2021. I know he passed in 2020). Really wanted the GL bound volumes, but they were extremely pricey.

Trying to make good on my New Years resolution. Hereโ€™s a few more Spider-Gwen issue one variants. Still need the recalled comic kings variant though.

Apparently super rare books. 500 copies printed. 100 were water damaged. So only 400 viable copies exist.

@DrWatson looks like by my count is 30. Most of them have a sketch variant which just adds to the list.

One of two books purchased from the forum's own DrChaos:

The second book. I really had no intention of buying this book. At least not in a 9.8. However, the cut on the book is so nice and so incredibly hard to find. It's either crooked, the bottom lettering is cut off, or both. The more I looked, the more I returned to this example.

Excellent find!! Thats a pedigree I don't happen to have yet.

If you decide to flip it let me know. I have gone through a couple copies of 105. For some reason they keep disappearing from my collection. I am legitimately puzzled about that.

Saw this on ebay and I've been trying to find this variant to fill the hole I had in my collection for #27. Figured I'd throw a kinda lowball offer see what he countered with. Surprisingly it was accepted. Happy with it ๐Ÿ˜Š

I wish I'd know that. This hurts even more now:

@flanders

Damn. I spent a lot more than that per book and I'm not even sure 1 book is even 9.6 capable...

I'm not a Vampirella collector but I figure when my LCS has a signed book in the cheap bin, I should pick it up.

Been looking for this Saunders cover for too long. Occasionally a cover just grabs me. Unfortunately it is extremely brittle, so it has to go in a slab.

I finally got around to scanning my most recent purchases.

First group- Gap fillers and upgrades. The last three are books I have OA for.

I decided to get a purple cover to go with my raw and graded blue covers.

More gap fillers and an upgrade- I've wanted a Cap 241 without that butt-ugly printer-crease for some time.
