Missing ASP Signature on Dashboard on a Comic16356

Any idea from the boardies on how best to let CBCS know about this following situation?
My order was just uploaded to my Dashboard and I noticed it was missing 1 ASP signature (Jack Quaid).
In other words there should be 5 signatures; not 4 signatures.
With all the Customer Service stuff going on I'm not sure how best to get this changed.

Apologies for not mentioning all the details.
CBCS was actually there to witness the Jack Quaid signing also.
In other words, the error is in the upload to the dashboard only.

@Nuffsaid111 - Most likely, they will catch it during the ASP & Grading process and adjust. I have had a few occasions that I forgot to add VSP to a submission and CBCS contacted me to see if wanted to recognize.

But, I would think reaching out to Mr. Hayden via PM or email would be in order.

@Nuffsaid111 I would send an email to customer service and if they don’t respond in a week send it again and so on until they acknowledge and respond.

Even before the current quagmire I’ve had issues with signatures where if they do not appear correctly on the invoice they will not appear correctly on the final label, regardless of if it’s customer service or Darryl telling me that it will be taken care of. Until you see it on the invoice assume it won’t be caught

Asking on here, I always felt the customer support in here is better then the traditional routes

Definitely get a written request on record. Even if it doesn't solve the problem now, it will make it easy for you to get resolution in the future.

@teacha777 - Perhaps the "Nuffsaid" portion carries more comic cred, so maybe change your moniker from teacha777 to Nuffsaid777.



Hope yours gets reconciled soon. I don't doubt it will.
