| Update: received my order sent May 28th 2021 today. 10 comics all modern no press 2 VSP. So 33 Weeks total from when CBCS got them. Hopefully that timeline gives others an idea of how long to expect. | ||

| My submission was done in August. It was my first time submitting. I did it at Planet Comicon in Kansas City in mid/late August. They told me to expect it around January. Looks like it might be a bit longer as it wasn't apparently entered into their system until October. Guess I am going to be in a holding pattern for a while yet.... PDG |

| @PDGray your TAT starts when the books get to Dallas (or usually midweek after a con), not when you see them marked. So you might still be waiting a bit, but you're waiting from August. | ||

| @Tyler I'm honestly not sure how they count Canada orders. I'm 80% sure that the grading TAT doesn't start until an order actually makes it out of pressing (e.g., if you send it in May but it isn't pressed until August, you get the August TAT). | ||

| For those browsing this thread like I am looking for any sliver of hope that their books will be graded soon, here's where I am: 6 comics submitted June 15,2021 32 weeks later, current status = "Grading". I wanna say they've been in "Grading" for at least a month now, if not longer. With this being my first CBCS submission (I had dealt exclusively with CGC the past five years), I don't have much info on what to expect timing wise from here on out. But from what I've been reading, the "Labels" stage comes next. Anyone know the scoop on timing once your books hit "labels"? It is what it is at this point, just hoping to avoid these books having a birthday while being graded |

As the dashboard is an external system and separated from CBCS's internal tracking system for security reasons, it tends to not be updated frequently or in a timely manner during extreme circumstances as CBCS has found itself in for the past year. As such, the "Labels" stage may or may not be reflected. If it does get reflected, you may see it for hours, days, weeks, or months depending on where your submission actually was when your dashboard was updated. The "Labels", "QC", "Heat Seal", "Encasements" sub-stages seem to be taking about 2-3 months total on the lowest 3 tiers without FastPass. Most will never even see most of those stages reflected right now. I would think that you and I are both going to be receiving some comics back soon. Cheers! |

| Fun update...last May I signed up for a sketch opportunity through CGC (JRJR)...only today did I get billed... I'll bet I don't get the sketch till close to this May!! It's crazy...nothing to grade and I think they had quantities capped! |

| Yeah. It’s really strange. The bottle neck doesn’t seem to be at any particular section of the process which is really weird. Usually you can improve one or two parts of the process and improve TAT. Maybe the lack of transparency and updates doesn’t allow us to actually know. Hopefully improving Customer Service will alleviate some of these questions. | ||

Definitely, as I need it for business. Is it fair? Not, when it takes over a year. Can I cut it down by pressing locally. Perhaps  but I would like a full fledge service where I can trust all is done in one place. I’ll have two batches going out soon and we’ll see how long each takes. One will be Press Screened, while another will hopefully be all the clean books which will just require slabbing. Hope this gives others an idea of how long it took for my books. |

| Had an order submitted June 17 of last year, probably received within 5 days of that (I send the same day I submit usually). Fast Pass Modern with some pressing/press screening and sig verifications. It's moved to shipped today after I paid an extra $24 last night (I assume 2 of the books to be screened actually needed pressing or something). |
