It’s.. alliive! My old Early ‘08 MacBook from college was nearly unusable after the Mac OS Lion (10.7.5) update way back when and since has been dead in the water. It now on Ubuntu Linux and running marathons within its archaic means.

I doubt it. She'll be 63 in March.

I'm thinking about it, but I have to prioritise paying for the massive plumbing debacle that just got resolved today. Sadly, new toilet comes before awesome football cap.

The kid in frame 70 of that storyboard looks like Christopher Robin. Unintentional Pooh connection.

Just have to post in case anyone wants to feel extremely jealous...check out u/comicsinthegarage on reddit.

Guy works for a company that's currently sorting and doing inventory on a storage unit full of comics. Pretty much everything you could ever want. Multiple copies or stuff like gsx1, iron man 1, hulk 181, etc etc. It's been rough to even look at new posts from him seeing the new stuff they're finding and pulling. He said it's roughly 150k comics total that a lot have been sitting in this climate controlled storage space for 30+ years.

According to some of his posts, some of the collection will be sold off in r/comicswap once its all done being sorted through and cataloged etc. I'll definitely be watching that...so many amazing books.

First off, let’s not get too excited. This is a “poster” (actually a sheet of plastic) autographed by Joe Sinnott. I bought it so long ago I almost forgot I had it. It’s pretty neat but I don’t have anywhere to display it. It’s huge (or maybe I have tiny hands - LOL).
