If the viagra is working you should be well over a 9.8. xkonk private msg quote post Address this user
Just looking at that I would say the *best* it could possibly come out is a 6. Could very well come out lower. And it's hard to say if it's worth it without knowing how much it costs and how much you want it.

As per the Overstreet grading guide, a 6.0 is the starting point for this grade limiting defect. Minor to moderate creases are allowed in a 6.0. From this starting point you work your way down depending on accumulation of additional defects. My guess without seeing any more of this book is a 5.0. (discoloration of staples, blunted corners, spine ticks). Just my 2 cents. In closing kudos on a great book in any condition.

Not much to add that hasn't already been said, but there's a YouTuber named Eta Nick who has a series of videos on CGC grading (which some say is not as strict as true Overstreet guidelines), and he has, what he calls, a cheat sheet for grading. He seems highly knowledgeable on the topic. Anyways, here's his cheat sheet. It puts that book with that crease at 6.5 max. Nice book either way
