Still wondering about my lost Megacon submission15954

A few months back, I attened Megacon Orlando and submitted a bunch of books to be graded and one of them went missing and I still have never received it. After a few emails back-and-forth I was told that it would eventually turn up and after many weeks of waiting from that I decided to post in here about it. Darryl Hadden ended up contacting me here on the forum and made me feel really bad about annoying him for it as he said he was out of the office dealing with a sick family member and I was told again to just be patient and that it would be taken care of….that was a month ago and I have still not heard anything after sending customer service another email. I really hate to be annoying on here but I really just want to find my book or get reimbursed for it by CBCS already as I’m out about $120. I want to send in other books to be graded but I am very very reluctant to as they have basically been ignoring me and treating this like it’s no big deal. Someone, anyone please help thanks. @sborock

It shouldn't matter if he is out of the office. Someone needs to step up at CBCS to address these customer concerns. It sucks that so many people get ghosted by CBCS whenever there is a problem with the customer's orders.

@Zombie_Head @50AE_DE I agree with you both and it’s the fact that this is an in person two day modern submission from August 14 it’s ridiculous that I really just haven’t heard absolutely anything. I have a whole lineup of books that I need to get sent out to be pressed and graded but I’m really reluctant to spend another $170 when they’re still holding a value of about $120 of my own stuff
