Not sure if I did this right..What do you think the holes at bottom of cover would do to a grade? They aren't inside and I have no clue as to how they got there. Thanks

Look like part of the printing process. Sometimes holes and tears appear as machinery grasps the pages and moves them along.

I agree with @CaptainCanuck. They look like gripper holes but I think its unusual to see them on covers to be honest.

9.0? Hard to tell but it looks like a very high grade copy.

ASM 361 is famous for those gripper marks - won't affect the grade at all!

Those will not affect the grade. I had those on a copy of New Mutants 98 I sold. The buyer later told me he sent it to be graded and it got a CGC 9.8.
