Well I finally sent in my first big order of 30 comics. 28 with pressing and 1 with VSP. I'm amazed at the difference between sending them through Oakville and direct to Texas. When I sent them to Oakville it took 1.5 weeks to get to Oakville and 3-4 months for them to show up as received after that on my dashboard. I sent direct to Texas this time and my package got there in 4 days and showed as received on my dashboard the very next day! Will definitely be submitting direct from now on. Avengers #55 [1968] Marvel, Silver Age Lois Lane #129 [1973] DC, Bronze Age Star Trek #4 [1969] Gold Key, Silver Age Amazing Spider-Man #265 [1985] Marvel, Copper Age Amazing Spider-Man Annual #16 [1981] Marvel, Bronze Age Darkhawk #1 [1991] Marvel, Copper Age Fantastic Four #164 [1975] Marvel, Bronze Age Fantastic Four #185 [1977] Marvel, Bronze Age Ghost Rider #28 [1992] Marvel, Modern Age Grimm Fairy Tales #1 [2005] Zenescope, Modern Age Grimm Fairy Tales #52 [2010] Zenescope, Showcase Edition, Modern Age Invaders #1 [1975] Marvel, Bronze Age Marvel Team-Up #95 [1980] Marvel, Bronze Age Maxx #1/2 [1993] Image/Valiant, Modern Age New Mutants #100 [1991] Marvel, Copper Age (Fabian Nicieza) VSP New Mutants Annual #2 [1986] Marvel, Copper Age New Teen Titans #23 [1982] DC, Bronze Age Secret Wars #1 [1984] Marvel, Copper Age Secret Wars #3 [1984] Marvel, Copper Age Secret Wars #7 [1984] Marvel, Copper Age Secret Wars #8 [1984] Marvel, Copper Age Spawn #1 [1992] Image, Modern Age Spawn #9 [1993] Image, Modern Age Uncanny X-Men #129 [1980] Marvel, Bronze Age Uncanny X-Men #130 [1980] Marvel, Bronze Age Uncanny X-Men #133 [1980] Marvel, Bronze Age Uncanny X-Men #134 [1980] Marvel, Bronze Age Uncanny X-Men #137 [1980] Marvel, Bronze Age Web of Spider-Man #1 [1985] Marvel, Copper Age Wolverine #2 [1982] Marvel, Bronze Age Got the fast press so I guess I'm hoping to see these around this time next year........ Edit: Also just fired off a Ms. Marvel #1 [1977] Marvel, Bronze Age (CBCS 9.2) for the Gerry Conway signing. It worked out really well because I was planning on sending it in for a re-holder anyways due to it being in an old clip style case so when I saw the signing come up it seemed like a no-brainer. |
