My store has multiple packs that all have venom 25 as the outer book with the walmart variant cover, and you can choose either pack...a white label or purple

White is the 1st Walmart run and Purple is the 2nd. If that matters to anyone and they’re both very common.

I went to Wal-Mart to search for comic packs again and sure enough, they had some. I also spotted some DC packs that were more loosely packed with what I thought were larger bag and boards, but it turned out that they were 4 pack comics with masks! bought one Catwoman (Bruce Timm Style) and The Joker!

Walmart has some new 3 packs of variant covers and such. Here are a few. I haven't opened them as I am still at work so don't know what goodies I will find.

Here is what is inside. Top copies of the packs were: Dr Strange Death #1, Star Wars Boussh,
Dark Ages 1, Moon Knight 3.

Even though the covers are nearly identical, I like the Walmart variants as they put the upc on the back.

That is a very good point. It does make the cover "pop" a bit more.

Also picked up a few Moon Knight #3s. I haven’t opened them but from other photos I can see one is paired with incoming and captain marvel 32. The other I have no idea.

What area's of Walmart do you find these packs? I've never seen them in any of the Walmarts in our area. Are they in kids/toys or magazines/book?

Ask where the Pokémon card are…clerks don’t seem to know anything about comics, but they have felt a lot with Pokémon crazies.

It seems like any time I’m looking for new comics, there’s one or two people asking to look at the Pokémon cards…

That’s where you’ll find them.

The Walmart near me had the DC four pack with the masks shown above.
No Marvel packs, though

Really surprised to find a timeless variant in my 1st pack...really tempted to open my 2nd pack but idk if I want to sell it sealed.

The issue with selling it sealed is you can have a good comic in there(they had a Silver Surfer variant that was fetching 500+ on eBay and you would never know. no one will buy on pure speculation and spend that much. If you sell it sealed, you can potentially short sell yourself.

Had a few of the WalMart 3 packs laying about from a few months ago that I never opened. Opened one today and got the 1:500 variant cover of Thor #1.

This is why it’s important to share what we’ve all found if we choose to open one or more of our packs. You can tell from the spines what book they are (or what books they are not) the more people post pictures.

A blank Variant is 1:500? Wow! I don't know if I would even sketch on that one.

I like these packs but I also despise them. They are in essence leftovers. Some of those leftovers are like grandma’s cookies and some are like Carrot Top’s jokes.

You laugh at Carrot Top, however;

Carrot Top is an American comedian and actor who has a net worth of $70 million. He is known for his use of props in comedy as well as his self-deprecating humor and his bright red hair. He is one of the highest-paid and most-successful comedians working in Las Vegas. Since 2005 he has headlined at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas. In October 2019 he signed a contract extension that will keep him at the Luxor through 2025. At that point he will hold the record for longest-running comedy show in MGM resort history. He performs six nights a week and earns roughly $8 million pear year from his various endeavors.

Here are the books i got.

First set came from a Boushh Pack. The second from a Moon Knight #3.

The Codex variant is a 1:25, I believe. doesn’t sell for much, but might cover the cost of the 3pack. The 2nd Print Savage Avengers is interesting, but I’m not sure why that issue deserved a 2nd print…
