Need your opinions on this one. I ordered 4 magazines. All they did was wrap them together and but in a USPS mailer. No extra protection. Nothing. So of coarse all the corners got damaged badly. I emailed them with the picture and they said okay no problem. And sent me replacements with the same thing. however, they put COD on the shipping invoice. And I now receive a bill for en extra $45 from UPS? How would you handle this? |

I would contact the seller since you should not be paying anything extra for replacements.

I think stalking and property damage is the only recourse!

If your replacements were also damaged I wouldn't ask the seller to send you a 3rd set of replacements because it sounds like they do not know how to ship properly & safely. You should be entitled to a full refund, but some sellers may stick you with return shipping costs.

Shipping fees plus brokerage fees again $50. If I knew I would have refused order. |

No. A company that only deals with magazines.

That sucks. Not sure how to handle this. I usually try keeping it a low-level with direct interaction with their service people. I would almost tell them you are returning everything and want a refund. If they get shitty about their poor packaging skills, talk to your bank. Once you start messing with their money, then it is amazing how quickly satisfactory results can be seen.

What they do is drop it off with out you knowing and then send you an invoice later. I already told UPS if I knew it was a COD I would have refused it in the first place |

I’m just going to call the credit card company. They changed over to new management and I guess they are skimping on the packaging too now |

I was going to suggest trying to refuse the charges…ALL of them.

I told UPS to charge it back to the seller as I didn’t agree with the COD and the fees since it’s a replacement and already paid them first time around. I said if I knew about it, I would have refused it and told you to send it back… UPS rep basically told me No. Get the seller to handle it. I asked what happens if the seller doesn’t reply back?? She basically said my account will incur additional fees and into collections. |

If the viagra is working you should be well over a 9.8. | xkonk private msg quote post Address this user
I hope you get things worked out so that you don't have to pay anything at this point, but regardless I would certainly not buy from that company any more.

So you opened it before you knew it was COD? I recommend writing “refuse delivery” on it and sending it back otherwise. Then disputing the charge with your credit card company. Don’t pay for something you didn’t order, basically. Also, since when to 4 magazines shipped in a mailer coat $45 in shipping???!!! |

Quote:Originally Posted by Drogio Correct. But I received the package three weeks ago. It was outside in my mailbox. And today I received an invoice saying it was COD and charges due. (I wonder why.. since I was never there to receive it, so they left it outside without COD and signature) so they sent me an invoice for the COD after the fact. The fees came to about $50 Cdn. I’m in Canada and The seller is in the US and used the faster shipping option I suppose which also added brokerage and other fees to the COD The first time they charged me around $60 for the shipping on top of the fees (first package received damaged) |

Call your CC Visa, have them do a charge back, and that will take care of.
