| I recently tried to use the GRADING10 promo that was sent to me in an email by CBCS but it state's that it doesn't recognize the promo, am I doing something wrong? | ||

| Promo codes don't always work properly on the website. If you write it on the invoice you send with your order (and you should always write any promos/coupons/love notes on the invoice), it will be applied. | ||

| @Stardust_Memories @comicsforme Promo should be fine - I believe they have where you can print out submission forms now so just write the promo at the top of the forms- or if you have the carbon copy (white/pink/yellow)- If you submit online just write the promo on the printed out invoice / packing slip. Maybe on this write “PLEASE DISCOUNT FOR PROMOTION” “GRADING10” I’ve had it where submitting online the code just wasn’t added but they will correct on their end when received. |
