Not when I kept being told the tat for my 2 orders would still be at the tat times when submitted but I been told so many different things at this point I just want my books back.
The amount of time answering posts an emails for one book far exceeds the payout for the one book. This seems to me like an order at my shop that would have been cancelled.

well that 1 book means a lot to me, I'm not in this to flip a bunch of books and try to get rich, and the way you tell a company that you would want to deal with is the fact that they care as much about one book as they would 100, says a lot about you and your shop.

The invoice pic shows five books. The shop I work work for offers a product that cost 5 times a book grading. If that tells you anything it says at some point scads of emails and social media begrudging's just aren't worth the sale. I'm just being honest @timberghost.

Think your confusing my post for emails, since I have only emailed the big guy twice. I could really care less about your shop, just being honest.

Hey no, it's cool, I didn't expect you to care. I guess I'm just wondering why you would rake the company over the coals on social media? What does it gain?

No, CBCS will charge the card on file. If you have an old one on file just update it, and the next time they need to charge you they will use the new card. I know this from personal experience so not to worry.

Thank you, it's so refreshing to have someone that cares to help the new people figure their way through the process and all the variables. I appreciate your caring and help. Thank you.

@DVSCHO Still waiting for my order from May. It was a regular submission (ie not fast pass) I do have pre screen press on it and all books are VSP. My status still shows Submitted.

@xkonk true but I recall Steve in pressing said this month that they are finishing up May's pressing order...so maybe there will be traction????

@waynemel I got my June order of 14 books back a couple weeks ago but I paid for fast press and fast pass.

Honestly, that seems to fall into the current TAT, not the June TAT.

So can someone please tell me if this means they have been graded and are in labels ( where I circled in red) and how long does that usually take, ball park, I know you can't speak for cbcs ( as some seem to be able to) but just an idea, How long before the grades will be on my dash board?? and what is the step process after labels, if that is what I'm reading into this. Thanks for helping me understand. As stated these were my first 2 submissions. 1 being 5 moderns and 1 being my holy grail of almost all my books to me. I'm a PC not someone submitting as many as I can trying to get rich off the market. Wish I could but my original collection of all those expensive books got threw out when I left to go over seas to serve my country.

@timberghost I don’t mind sharing. Happy overall with the grades, but may send them back in for cleaning and pressing at a later date. Finished up getting my Uncanny X-Men 94-101 graded with this submission.

@timberghost typically labels doesn't take long, but it isn't typical times. I had an order sit in labels for over a month, maybe 2. There might technically be a stage after labels (encapsulation or QC?) but I've never seen one on my invoice. You just gotta hang on until they get marked as shipping.

No movement out of labels yet; however, been plenty busy and haven't thought about them much.

@timberghost As for the grades in the dashboard question, they seem to pop up in there as soon as the books have shipped out.

I barely look at my dashboard anymore until the books have shipped.

I've said it a number of times on here and remain of the belief that the dashboard is very inaccurate and that inaccuracy is what is so frustrating to many because the presence of the status misleads and screws with people's head. Either publish an accurate dashboard or remove the various status' on the dashboard so as to not mess with heads. (Or even define the various "status' with typical timeframes)

I've learned to simply look at CBCS receipt date of my books; add the current TAT, give them a delta of 2 or 3 weeks (since TAT is an estimate); and voila I have my books within that timeframe (generally speaking).

How long DO books spend In "Labels"? Mine have been in "Labels" limbo for 4 months or longer. They've been at CBCS sine February 28.

Any help would be appreciated.

I sent mine in (modern no pressing) June 14 to CBCS Canada. Marked received 3 months later. 4 weeks later marked ShiptoCanada. Received at the door last week. The whole process was almost 5 months. hope this helps

This is for regular TAT, not fast pass? I sent mine in April, marked received by CBCS mid-June (roughly 8 weeks), still haven't gotten them back. They've been in 'labels' for a couple of months.
