| When I submitted mine the tat hadn't gone up but a couple weeks a few weeks later(March) and began to go up through time.So if they just pushed mine back after promising over and over the tat when I submitted would be still as it was then that's kinda wrong, it going up after they told would not effect mine. I can see with all the sellers dumping tons cause they chasing that green, but us personal collectors should be just as important why I keep getting diffrent people there telling me diffrent things just adds to the frustration. I never got an Email, no updated dashboard. Invoice never changdd.I came to cbcs cause they said you would be able to follow your books through the whole process.i did finally get that 1 email on one of my orders , the second one of 5 moderns but still can't get any info on my first order of 1 book. I guess I'm just too small a guy for cbcs is how it's feeling, customer service told me in August it would be in Sept. In sept said I would have them in Oct. Then in Oct They tell me in November. I'm gonna post again asking for someone there to please tell me straight up where my first order is. What else can I do? Why other people know where their books are while I'm clueless and the continued misinformation also adds to the frustration. That 1 book is my holy grail. I don't care if I have to wait while they take care of more important customers but at least a professional company should be able to tell me where my books are. Rant over. | ||

| My 2 May/June order with pressing is in shipping! Yes, I used fast pass/press and no I wasn't updated on my dashboard. I just got the email about the shipping. For those keeping track, as long as your books were confirmed delivered, they should be moving along slowly but surely. | ||

| Thank you Steve for letting us know. Glad you looked at this thread and are taking some action. I think the biggest complaint is more lack of notice on status of people's submissions. I'm OK if it takes longer if I'm hearing from you all You answered a text to me pretty quickly when I reached out to you recently and I really appreciated it. | @starlord My problem is that my tracking info shows an order delivered May 20th that have not been marked as received yet. I’ve been in contact with Darryl for several weeks now hoping the books turn up I have the tracking info saved on my phone but it has been so long that the tracking number can’t be tracked on the shipper’s site anymore |

| My submissions from June still say either "Processing" or "Billing", some orders of mine require pressing so I know they are working on the June submissions for pressing soon enough, if not already, so hopefully the status changes, however the few orders I have done in the past the status on my dashboard has never changed, nor has an email ever been generated alerting me books have shipped, only do I know when FedEx texts me I have a package on the way, so hopefully as my current orders go through their various stages, my account will show that, and a shipping email is generated. I was quite surprised when I shipped out ten books for Fast Press and Fast Pass back on 11/8 via Priority Mail and then on 11/10 I got an email from CBCS stating they were received and processed and heading into the pressing queue. I thought it would take weeks or so for them to even open that box confirming receipt, but did so in two days which was quite nice to see. |

| We are hiring more people for labels/encapsulation so the delays should be shorter soon. Encapsulation is printing labels, putting book in interior well and putting the book in the outer holder. Takes awhile will handling the books safely and correctly. | ||
