I sent books in on Sept 26th to their Canadian facility. There has been no update to my dashboard stating they've been received. I called them and the Indian lady assured me they have my books. Did they outsource the call center to india?

whats up people, i know its only been 3 months but if you can check on 21-25A2E2E i will appreciate it. Also, this will be my 1ST order that i use press screen, will they add full price of pressing if they decide the book should be press? Will the screen price will be inculded in the press price?

So I kinda don't want to start another topic but this might be a bit OT for this thread but here goes... I paid for one submission in full in cash at MegaCon Orlando and it finally showed received but it wants me to pay the balance in full. Will the books essentially be "on pause" in moving forward until this is remedied or will they still go through the motions and just not ship until this is resolved?

I still have the receipt from CBCS when I dropped off clearly showing it was paid in full but i'm debating just repaying to prevent any further delays and then trying to resolve later. Basically asking for people's two cents on this one.

Give it a week or two to change, maybe a month in today's terms. This happened to me once a while back. It just changed on its own. OOOOOrr , you could stress yourself out trying to contact someone for that length of time.

I just received an email today with confirmation that my September submission of 30 books (mostly bronze age) have been "received".
Yeehaw...Woohoo...Cutn' loose again...

What's the turnaround these days for books showing as "received"?

I did an on-site witnessed signature with Chris Claremont at NYCC on October 10 but it's not showing up in my account yet...

Have I told you about the time I dropped off 3,000 comics at SDCC? Scifinator private msg quote post Address this user
@PixelPanda144 - It doesn't matter if it is marked as Received or not. Your estimated TAT is calculated to start on the Wednesday after you dropped off at the Convention.

Worried my shipment back to me is lost in the mail. Status has been "ship to Canada" for about 1.5months already and I haven't received any emails or contact providing a tracking number, and, I cannot get a hold of Customer Service.

Anyone know approx how long the ship back should take? 1.5 months seems a little long considering CBCS got my comics in 1 week when I first shipped them.

So what I'm reading is that it could take up to a half a year to get two books after grading and processing?? Smh how long does processing take?

@PixelPanda144 Do you happen to know what Chris Claremont is charging for signatures?

I'm not going to have these graded and only have him sign my books.

Any help is appreciated so I can budget for other creators.

Thank you

CBCS if you are reading this you need to step your game up with processing and communication. This was my first and quite possibly my last submission. If its less than 6 months total with no screw ups Ill be back. So far its been 7 weeks since you received my books in Canada and there has been no update in the dashboard. Cgc lets your know right away when they get them. I hope you can do better than what im seeing so far

Mine were in ship to Canada for 2.5 months and just magically showed up at my door one day with no email or tracking. In fact they still show as ship to Canada now.

I requested mine to be sent to CBCS in Oakville when I initially submitted it in. I’m wondering now if it can be changed around. It might be quicker if I just had them send it directly back to me. I assumed since the bulk of it will be sent over to their office, I would receive it quicker, I guess not!

Mine is still sitting as “Ship to Canada” as well this has been submitted since Dec 2019.

I have three submissions that I sent to CBCS in August that are still not even marked as received. I have had absolutely zero correspondence in regards to these three submissions. One of them was even "Fastpass."

Your books are going thru their network, it's just the dashboard and emails that aren't being updated or sent.

You know what, there is one benefit to the massive delays in updating the dashboards......You get your comics back before your grades show up on your dashboard so you don't accidentally have any spoilers for your grades. Fedex should deliver my very first order tomorrow and there is no grades on my dashboard so it's going to be a surprise when I open the box!

Were those the books you turned in at Summer Con back in mid-June? I turned in two orders there, one for pressing/grading (no fast press/pass) but I know they are just finishing up the May orders in pressing so it will be a while on that order. The second order I turned in at the show was also 14 books, no pressing, standard grading (aka no fast pass) but no update on them yet which is ok, I am in no rush.
