| I sent books in on Sept 26th to their Canadian facility. There has been no update to my dashboard stating they've been received. I called them and the Indian lady assured me they have my books. Did they outsource the call center to india? | ||

| So I kinda don't want to start another topic but this might be a bit OT for this thread but here goes... I paid for one submission in full in cash at MegaCon Orlando and it finally showed received but it wants me to pay the balance in full. Will the books essentially be "on pause" in moving forward until this is remedied or will they still go through the motions and just not ship until this is resolved? I still have the receipt from CBCS when I dropped off clearly showing it was paid in full but i'm debating just repaying to prevent any further delays and then trying to resolve later. Basically asking for people's two cents on this one. |

| Give it a week or two to change, maybe a month in today's terms. This happened to me once a while back. It just changed on its own. OOOOOrr , you could stress yourself out trying to contact someone for that length of time. | ||

| Worried my shipment back to me is lost in the mail. Status has been "ship to Canada" for about 1.5months already and I haven't received any emails or contact providing a tracking number, and, I cannot get a hold of Customer Service. Anyone know approx how long the ship back should take? 1.5 months seems a little long considering CBCS got my comics in 1 week when I first shipped them. |

| CBCS if you are reading this you need to step your game up with processing and communication. This was my first and quite possibly my last submission. If its less than 6 months total with no screw ups Ill be back. So far its been 7 weeks since you received my books in Canada and there has been no update in the dashboard. Cgc lets your know right away when they get them. I hope you can do better than what im seeing so far | ||

| You know what, there is one benefit to the massive delays in updating the dashboards......You get your comics back before your grades show up on your dashboard so you don't accidentally have any spoilers for your grades. Fedex should deliver my very first order tomorrow and there is no grades on my dashboard so it's going to be a surprise when I open the box! |
