@Nearmint67 The order will say Processing almost the entire time the books are at CBCS. The Grading/Labels/Etc status are per tier and are on your dashboard, per the instructions on the Newbie’s Guide | ||

Too many books in que and too few people processing the information has left most people with either submitted or processing. A few folks get "grading" or "shipping" updates, but not everyone. No worries though, My buddy (Secret Agent Man --- Long Hair) has it under control. Nothing like opening that box of CBCS graded books and seeing my Bronze Age Beauties popin' off at 9.6 & 9.8.... Woohoo...Yeehaw... Cutn'loose again...lol.... |

I submitted books a little over a month ago at a convention. The books i submitted on the Friday of the convention are in the system. My books I submitted Saturday have not been put in the system yet. But the books I submitted at the convention I went to last weekend are in the system. How do I figure out about my Saturday submission? | ||

Invoice dropped off at a show April 10th for grading only Invoice in Grading and still processing as of Sept 10th. Sitting at 110 business days and/or 22 weeks as of today. Thank you. Hope this helps you guys/gals with accurate turnaround times. |

Wow. Ok, so here’s where I sit. Books that were submitted back in April at a con in Greenville, SC have been sitting in Grading now for well over 3-4 months now. Books which I submitted at a con the first week in August at the GalaxyCon in Raleigh, NC have yet to even show up in the system. | ||

So I logged in to submit some more books and noticed on my dashboard that my comics from April are in billing status and I now have a balance... So for 5 months I had no balance and the check I wrote at the convention covered the balance based on what the representative filled out, and then *boom* I owe even more. I went and added a CC for payment, and attempted to pay the balance. Received a notification that it succeeded, but was still not off of my dashboard. Called customer support and they said on their end the payment failed and he will contact billing to contact me to reconcile the account. Ugh...why do I have a feeling it's going to be another two months before my books are shipped.. | ||

One of my submission had a lot of delay (submitted back in December 2020). I sent 3-4 emails to CBCS without any answer… The submission went finally from « processing » to « shipping » 2 weeks ago. I quickly received another email saying « your book is now ready to be shipped ». It’s been 2 weeks and it didn’t move since then. CBCS does not answer to my emails/phone calls… What should I do? |
