I need a little help. I’m trying to look up grader notes but when I enter them it comes back invalid comic. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong I know that it case sensitive  |

| what's the sub #....I can't make it out. Is this your book? I ask because if this is a newly returned book from CBCS, sometimes the submissions are not updated on the dashboard in a timely manner. Meaning, you could have the book in hand but the submission on your dashboard still has it in Grading (or whatever else). The submission needs to be Completed or Shipped status for Graders Notes to be visible. If the status of the submission is Completed and you know you have entered it in correctly, send an email to Custoer Service advising them of your issue. customerservice@cbcscomics.com |

| @Hello_there Hey. Like Ed said. Anything breaking color cant be repaired with pressing. Now, from the picture you provided, I have tried to look as close as possible to find the color breaking spine stresses and I circled them in the following pic. Unless you want to provide us with a better pic?  |

| @Hello_there - I concur with the others. Unless it is just photo issue, looks like I see at least one maybe two color break spine ticks. If that is the case, very unlikely to get a higher grade with press. | ||
