| @Triplecdad Lol, I’ve actually been in 4 accidents. Was only hurt in one and recovered, thankfully. I’m a personal injury attorney, so I handle a lot of auto cases, along with other injury stuff. Worked on the defense side for about 7 years and then switched over to the plaintiff’s side. I much prefer representing people over insurance companies, though I definitely deal with some interesting personalities from time to time. | ||

| @Triplecdad I hear that! Yeah, I haven't done much for toxic torts, but I used to do a ton of med mal work. The laws here make it extremely difficult so our firm doesn't take too many cases any more, which is sad becuase like you said, they're usually the ones that are the most messed up. Lot of premises cases, negligent security, and some products liability on my end. But it's been crazy, I was in court last week for an evidentiary hearing and it was the first time for me since March 2020, so pretty surreal. | ||
