Take Balmoral Ave to Des Plaines River Rd/N River Rd in Rosemont FROM SOUTH: follow I-84 E, I-80 E and I-88 E to Balmoral Ave in Rosemont. Take exit 39 from I-294 N Illinois Covid guidelines will be in effect during this event.
