@starlord Thanks! Love these early books and always thrilled when I can add one to the collection as they don't turn up very often.

Here are some that I bought from MCS over the last two to three months.

I bought these three one week when MCS had a code word sale on ACG comics.

And a Canadian Price Variant of Obnoxio the Clown vs the X-men.

A few highlights from a small lot I picked up yesterday.

Same guy I’ve been buying from for months. He’s now down to his keys and older books. I almost got his Gunslinger Spawn newsstand first appearance. That’s one he said he may let go later.

was on a vacation last week and dropped into a bar/arcade/comic book store in Atlanta Georgia called your parents basement if I remember correctly. Wasn't expecting much but had some decent books. Bought the first 3 for a pretty good deal. The fury's was an eBay auction win. Just love those steranko covers.

So I noticed Scud the Disposable Assassin #1 going for stupid $$ in 9.8's and even 9.6's...now I have the full run fresh off the stand but I decided I would for a lark put in a low bid since it's been up for a few weeks in a row.....$57 after fees for a 9.6 - cheaper than if I sent my own copy in (although I'm pretty sure I would get a 9.8!)

@Batman66 - Nick Fury #11 is not by Steranko; the cover and story are by Frank Springer.

I considered taking my copy for the Steranko signing. Thank goodness I chose other books. That would have been an epic fail.

@TheMadTitan yeah I thought so too with the star stamp but it doesn't have the insert. It was probably sold on a military base anyway. I did happen to get a tod10 with the insert (without the star stamp) before the announcement. I'm a big fan of jewelers

@esaravo, didn't know that, thanks for pointing it out. @EbayMafia lol, guess we were in the same boat. Had steranko sign my copy of fury 7. I don't know why I'm so attracted to that cover. This one is in better condition is why I picked it up
