Technically the first X-Men crossover was Tales of Suspense 49.

@GAC @GanaSoth @HeinzDad thanks guys. Long story bearable, I made a deal to buy a different ff5 so I sold my 1.8 I just got back. My deal fell through but gave my word to sell my book. So I picked this one up just to have a copy and I'm supposed to pick up another ff5 this Labor Day weekend. I'll post it when I do. Hopefully a better copy

FEDEX Delivery Day!
All 3 books were graded precisely as to what I thought they'd get:

I think @Jabberwookie wanted to see the Simpsons #230 encapsulated? so here it is - finally.
Having the luxury of Barry Smith living not far from me, so whereas he rarely (never?) does comic shows, I do get to see him from time to time at small bookstore signings and art expos that are barely announced. The Groenings were picked up at SDCC at the Bongo booth.

Picked these up on impulse a couple weeks ago at my LCS.

I stopped in to grab some short boxes and ended up with these as well. Nothing major, but nice condition.

Good luck, it's rare and expensive. I've been too cheap to buy one.

I have a weakness for this book. I don't think there was a Golden Age Dr. Light so I think it's a true first appearance. There are a couple versions of Dr. Light, I believe father and daughter and I believe they are Japanese. if one does become more prominent most likely it will be the female who is on the good guys side last I heard. Copies like this in 6.5-7.0 (MCS 5.5) still available in the $100 range:

Thought it might be fun to get some very old House of Secrets books while they are still quite affordable relative to everything else. Just PC stuff, nothing for speculative value:

My wife and I are currently building a house and will have a dedicated study. I am in charge of decorating the study, and I knew what I wanted as a centerpiece.

My precious has arrived. I've wanted to own an original since I saw the first movie on opening night in 1977. ❤

Still Purchasing someone’s collection locally before they move. Mostly a couple boxes of dreck this time around, but I found a couple items that made it worth it.

One of the highlights is this awesome leather bound Frank Miller collection that I’ve always wanted.

Got this back from the Hobby Lobby. Frame looks beautiful. Sorry it's still in the plastic wrap but it will rip all apart if I take it out.

I saw someone on Facebook post their 9.8. It made me want one instantly as I grew up a huge space ghost fan as my dad would always rent a vhs tape from the library for my brother to watch. A super special one to have.
