Anybody get the "shipment cancelled by sender" status on fedex?15332

	Greetings all, I received a tracking number on Friday, but now the status says "shipment cancelled by sender." Which is fine, but I haven't received a new number from CBCS. Anyways, if this has happened to you, what was the eventual result? Thanks
