| I have NO idea what this is all about, just that a Black Superman film is in the works?? So my co-worker, who is black, comes up to me last week and starts talking about the BLACK Superman & asking what I think...before that he tells me his favorite MCU hero is Black Panther...I then tell him that Superman has always been white, he then says it's time that Superman is a black man? | ||

| @brysb don't think it's a question of better or worse....its just a story they're going to tell. @DrWatson I think it could go either way....the FF way or Black Panther way....I'm almost certain the BP's success paved the way for this Superman film to get made. |

| There were rumors several months ago that someone would be developing a new Superman movie or series based on Calvin Ellis. Maybe your coworker thinks black superman is better than white superman but most people could care less and aren't all caught up in making everything about race. I don't think anyone is trying to replace Clark Kent, only looking to explore a different storyline and character that people may be interested in, especially seeing how well the introduction of Miles Morales in the new Spider-Verse movie fared for Marvel. | ||
