Group shot of my May 1972 collection. Still in the progress of building.

Basically collecting all main stream American comic books in comic book size only published in 1972 with the month of May on the cover.

I have 51 more issues to hunt down.

@GAC thanks mate. And I've been slowly reading them all.

Fun collecting complete Drek where one can be happy to score the obscure.

Here is a pic of me a month ago scoring two more books for the collection at the Washington convention.

Bobby Sherman
and David Cassidy issues 3
May 1972 👍

What are the odds a dealer would haul this stuff along.

Thanks Terry comics 👍

I enjoy the hunt as much as owning the books for my collection.
Probably why I hunt hard things to get and I'm not impatient to get them.

Next lot is a run of pedigree comics for TTA 70- 101.
I just need 4 more books to complete my goal and in the meantime I've picked up earlier issues.

Pedigrees are from Big Apple, Boston , Don Maggie, mile high 2, Northland, Oakland, Pacific Coast, Rocky Mountain, Savannah, Susha News, Twin Cities, Winnipeg, Western Penn and White Mountain.

This is a stunning collection...do you ever consider replacing the Mile High 2 books now that they lost their pedigree status?

Thanks, I only have one mile high 2 the TTA 85, so even though it's not a recognized pedigree anymore I still won't replace it.
I just can't afford to have the slab damaged as cgc would remove the pedigree off the label.

I love treasury editions...there should be a thread dedicated to Treasury's. I couldn't contribute but I'd love to see them all.

@michaelekrupp Great condition! I bought mine off the shelf as a kid and had a difficult time keeping them safe over the years because of their size.

Thanks! I got mine in a trade with @esaravo a year or two ago. ‘Twas he who did most of the preserving.
