Ferreting out some rare gems on YouTube recently I came across this classic prog-rock performance by Argent of It's Only Money, Pt I and Hold Your Head Up that originally aired on Don Kirshner's Rock Concert. Shortly after this guitarist/composer Russ Ballard would leave (amicably, with Rod Argent's blessing) to focus on a solo career. Really cool watching this right after the 4th of July with patriotic themes cleverly woven into Argent's feminist anthem...   . |
