I'm guessing that this was the ole drive-by shouting, and that we'll never know.

Here is a current comparison on current posted TAT's and costs on each website.
CGC: You can get a modern fast pass right now for $37. That's a 79 business day TAT, or 110 actual days. They state their new TAT's start from the day received.
CBCS: You can get a 2 day modern right now for $40 with a 7 day TAT. 7 day TAT, 103 days faster for $3 more.
OR
CBCS Regular modern: $18 with a 14 week TAT, so worst case 98 days. 12 days faster for less than half the cost.
OR
CBCS fast pass modern: $28 with a 7 week TAT, so worst case 49 days. 61 days faster for $9 less.

Edit: Updated with new info provided

CBCS is not letting books sit around for a month just to find out they were 2-day books. You would wait a day or two for the order to be opened after having been delivered, then the current 2-Day TAT is listed as a week https://www.cbcscomics.com/estimated-turnaround-times . Presumably you shouldn't wait more than 2 weeks overall. Moderns are at ~14 weeks.

Yeah I was just going worst case, I didn't see the difference in the TAT's, I was using the ones on the submission forms, so those are closer to equal on modern regular for TAT's.

@HotKeyComics also, CBCS TAT's start the next business day after they are physically delivered. I just wanted to clarify that.

I love the "legendary"!!!

I mean...I get it...47...I guess I'm old...but if I have to google who you are and what books you worked on and still don't recognize most.

I think maybe 'prolific' would be a better descriptor....like Leonard Kirk or Richard Pace etc.etc....guys who are always working and getting published - pumping out lots of stuff....but not 'legndary'

I suspect your correct. And a Pennicillier would help you choose the right antibiotic for your STD. Does that guy look like John Bellushi?

I'm familiar with a penciller. It's pencillier that has me baffled. Possibly the French pronunciation.

Richard Pace is Legendary. That man is fantastic. I talked with him for hours while waiting on Dale Keown and had him draw and ink a Juggernaut sketch and ink a Billy Tan sketch.

Yeah, sometimes when us hillbillies fall face first into a pile of cow shit, while looking for dog food to eat, we come up clutching a $20 gold piece between our teeth.

No, that's how you write your name when practicing on the big, lined paper in kindergarten and first grade.
