| From the Description of 9.6 “Unobtrusive date stamps or arrival dates in pencil or ink are acceptable.” I don’t know if this would be considered obtrusive or not. I wouldn’t expect expect a 9.6, but that would be its max |

| I had no idea that any business still stamped comics. It makes sense that in the old days a liquor store, a drug store or a corner market might do that as they didn't know better and it was their way of keeping inventory in order to return unsold items for credit. To see this from a comic book store today knowing that it might lower the value of a key book (I know they didn't know it was key when they received it) or any comic is incredible to me. Seems it the highest would be a 9.6 |
