| I bought a couple books from Doug Sulipa off of Ebay. Yes, I would have loved to buy direct but the website requires a bit more mental stamina than I had that evening. Anyway, when the two items arrived the Magazine holder was badly cracked. I try not to be a problem for anyone but I emailed him photos and mentioned it would be tough to try to get reholdering from CGC right now. He agreed and without hesitation refunded me $60 even though I said that I was not insisting on any compensation but would appreciate at least a credit. I thought that was very generous. If you've never seen his website, it is one of the 7 wonders of the world. When I see those website photos of his shop/warehouse it makes me put it on my bucket list to go there one day (preferably before there's a fire, lol). http://www.dougcomicworld.com/   I should add that the items were well packaged and the damage is a bit mysterious. I think it took a hard impact on the side the was fully absorbed by the CGC case. |

| Ctrl+F is your best friend on Doug's site. He's solid to do business with and pretty accurate on grading raws. I think my last email to him got lost in the mail. | ||

| nah!!! the site is freakin awesome. Who needs a search engine - click on a section..say Marvel then CTRL+F and then start typing - click enter to go to the next occurrence of whatever you typed! it's great!! so much better than Chucks!! |

| @Studley_Dudley I had an order a few weeks ago that I thought got lost too..so I gave a call (wasn't sure they were open with lockdowns in different regions all over Canada) - they were still open and got to my order a day or two later - like everything with covid - sounds like he has tons of orders as people buy up comics!! | ||

| I have bought from Doug before and was very happy with the comics received and his communication about the sale. Website is a little hard to navigate but you can email him a list of what you are looking for and he will reply back to you. Huge selection to pick from. | ||
