| @MalacorV - Welcome to the forum. Most typically of recent, labels is the last update to the dashboard before the the submission is shipped. However, under less busy times, you may also see: “Encasement” “Seal” and “Shipping” before the final entry of... “Completed”. Once completed, then you should be abel to see the grades and grading notes for each comic. Cheers. |

| Timeline Update: (my order is no rush, no fast, no press, no nothing, just regular collector paying normal fees, cause I want some PC books to look pretty on my walls) Finally got my order to processing  So about 2 and a half weeks after they arrived, the books begin the 'inside cbcs' journey.0) Shipped 4/26 1) USPS shows delivered to individual on 4/29 2) CBCS updated status to 'Processing' from 'Submitted' on 5/17 3) ??? I feel relieved, now I know they are safe and sound. But prior to that, we're all thinking like, did USPS screw me, did they deliver to the right place, is cbcs looking at them with malcontent during smoke breaks, who do I need to kill to know they got to the right place, etc? |

| @felnora - Actually, the journey started shortly after they were dropped off. Just took 2 1/2 weeks for your dashboard to be updated. Cheers to you! |

| I finally figured out the delay behind "ShipToCanada". I was reading it all wrong! "ShipToCanada" must mean that they have put our books on a literal SHIP to Canada. Dear CBCS, in the future, rather than have our books traverse the mighty seas for months on end, it might help to know that those books can travel by ground. As luck would have it, Texas and Canada share a continent. Order rec'd Nov. 6th: Pressing, Grading Production completed March 10th ShipToCanada March 11th: Gulf of Mexico, Panama Canal, Pacific Ocean, Stop in Australia to dry off, Indian Ocean, current whereabouts unknown. Possibly closing in on the Atlantic... (2 months, 1 week and counting). |

| @Silverado yeah...mine were ShipToCanada on March 12th....so...what is that...10weeks now!!! This is by far the longest I've ever had to wait Anyone @JESSE_O or @DARRYL_H etc...anyone able to see if there are other status in the systems related to our orders? This is crazy!!! |
