| Had an order of 5 books, all modern fast pass with a press and signature verification.. Order was on May 3rd, I think they received it probably 3 or 4 days later on the 6th or 7th of May. They are being shipped back today. |

| @Magictaco - no. Not to worry. Due to the massive increase of submissions, CBCS is taking several weeks to months to update our dashboards. I have only one of my fifteen july submissions that is marked as received in the dashboard. | ||

Sitting at 17 weeks if you look at the date on the invoice, which is two weeks later than when they are supposed to be submitted after a con, if I remember correctly. Meanwhile, my 2-day Modern which was received last Wednesday is out for delivery today... | ||

| For any fellow newbs who care, I'm happy to report that my dashboard was updated today, along with email and payment charge. From USPS delivery confirmation up to now was about 7 weeks. Regular order with press, no fast pass. Not too bad, all things considered. | ||

| About to enter my 16th week still showing submitted. Phoned customer service, they told me to email Steve Paulus. He hasn't responded to any of my emails at all. Emailed Darryl Hayden, he said only Steve Paulus can help me. Asked Steve Ricketts on the forums, he said he can't see my order because it isn't in the system yet. I can't believe no one in this entire company can even tell me that they received my comics in 16 weeks.... Beginning to think they're lost and I'll never see them again. | ||
