| @Pirate - LOL oops, I made a false @$$umption based on the 7 score. From all indications, they are still opening all packages and logging into their internal (not dashboard) tracking system within a day or so of delivery. Hence, CBCS TAT starts about 1-3 days after whereas the same has not been the case at cgc. So, when they open, beit 1 week, 1 month, or longer, that is when their TAT starts and it is business day for them. | ||

| @Pirate if you mean how long are they taking to open packages, it's a day or two. You can't have a 2-Day (or one week) turnaround if you don't open the packages quickly. | ||

| I don't think CGC TAT are that accurate. I have a set of magazine size books that were submitted for just grading and they have been in their systems since late December. They are in grading / encapsulation stage for more than 3 weeks now. I was told they were to be returned soon by multiple reps months ago Still no go. I asked what happens when they drop off the submission status page because in another couple of weeks it will exceed the 9 month listing of books in their system.  |

| I have one set of books that I sent in January for pressing and grading. I got all all excited when the invoice went from pressing to labels. That was months ago. I now have zero expectation of ever seeing them again. That way, if they ever do show up on my doorstep, I'll be pleasantly surprised. I have another set of books that I sent in February that is stuck in billing even though I have a zero balance due. | ||
