This is not me being a zealot (which I admittedly am), this is me being pragmatic. While I would like to have it all... 1) great product, 2) great quality, 3) great/fair pricing, 4) low Turn-Around-Time, 5) timely tracking of my valued possessions, 6) and a perfectly knowledgeable customer service team ready to respond at my beck and call... If circumstances dictate sacrifices, for me, well I just laid out my priorities. The last three I can live without unless someone provides or does a better job at the 1st three (which nobody does at this time). Mess with the 3rd, now I am soul searching. Screw with the first two, I am gone. We just have to be patient and trust that the CBCS makes good which they have so far for me. If we can't then grading and/or pressing is not for us. Scifinator diatribe manifesto out. PS: Hopefully I did not offend anyone. This honestly started as a post to provide insight as to TAT increases for 2021 calendar year. |

@dielinfinite - Nice, thanks for updates. So as TAT starts 1-3 days after receipt, then your TAT was 15-17 weeks depending on when in early April they received. |

Close to 18 weeks now here..... still in grading.....yayMan I thought I would get my CBCS order way before CGC but those books only had an 11 week TAT. @dielinfinite may I ask how many books were in your submission? |

| I broke down and sent Darryl an email to inquire. He was incredibly gracious, as I'm sure he gets those types of emails a lot. Mine should be shipping out within the next week or so. Would put my TAT at 21-22wk. |

| Personally, I’m done sending in any new orders until I see some movement in some of the six orders currently at CBCS. The last two was delivered first week in June and it still has charged. I submitted two orders in GSCF with two books to be reholdered to CBCS ERROR and one regular order. To this day the two books do not show up on my dashboard. Submitted two questions to CUSTSRVE which one was the two books and other was about an order. They answered one question and did not bother to answer the question. I simply don’t understand their concept of customer service. | ||
