| Every day I log into my dashboard to see if the "processing" status has changed since they've received my books, and it hasn't since February 4th. Today, just for fun, I clicked the link to the order which expands the list of books submitted, and I noticed the books have changed from being "Received" to "Grading"! I have no idea WHEN this took place. Regardless, I'm happy to see movement |

| Well, today begins my shared struggle in turnaround, and thus a visit to the forums. My tracking shows 'left with individual' yesterday, so now I eagerly await the 'received' update to my order. This was a US/ Dallas delivery, what was the last delivered to received timeframe someone has had ? |

| I had a shipment delivered on 20 April. Still no email confirming, etc... If we go with 2-3 weeks just for that, I'm assuming I'll get confirmation on/about May 10. @Comicninja0215 - BTW, the scan confirmation thing at CGC does work now. Not sure how long the lead time is, but some of my shipments from last month that still haven't been opened and marked received have been confirmed delivered using that tool. |

| @Lonestar it varies based on the whims of the internal system. Sometimes labels go to shipping basically the same day; my last order was in labels for a week or two. I would go by your overall TAT more than any particular phase of the process. | ||

| For the Canadians who are submitting, are you guys using the online submission? I think I tried that a few months ago and it wasn't available and you had to download the Canadian submission form to print out to go along with your books. I now see that you can go to the online portal and submit it that way. Is this new or did CBCS fix the online portal for Canadians? I'm going crazy here. | ||
