Loki has me wondering, just how many times in Marvel comics has someone found out they were a robot and didn't know it?
Or is it just a Rick & Morty Beth clone reference?

Okay to get this pressed. It has a tear on the front left top side of the cover.
Asking this as I've never had a book pressed before.

@southerncross Yes, you can get it pressed though the tear will severely limit , if not negate, any kind of grade bump the book would get

@HotKeyComics long-running characters that ended up being robots? No idea but it would be worth following up on appearances of Life Model Decoys. There may be some there

@dielinfinite thanks, just didn't want the tear to get worse, just the interior pages and back cover would look better flat then their current wavy state.

I have a decent joke here about a jar of candy and someone’s promiscuous mother, but i can’t get comfortable with the wording.

@GAC since you asked, it would go something like "I heard a jar of candy is a door to your momma's panties."

so..ya know when people get a touch down or score a goal and they point in the air and and make cult like movements with their hands???

Has anyone ever....you know....pointed at the ground or blown kisses to the ground??

I would love to see that just once, and the post game interviews of them explaining that A) their dearly departed loved one was an SOB and I was just saying high or B) they had sold their soul to have the mad skills they have and wanted to thank the guy in charge down there

now I need to check youtube to see if this has happened!

I've been looking at this file copy book on Ebay. The cover is a beautiful blue, but it's different than the color of the other copies. If anyone will have a look I'd like a second opinion on if it's a real difference or just lighting:

the copies and scans showing on MCS depict the book as a lighter tinge of grey so I am thinking that the seller you are looking at has a tone issue with his scanner that is seeing the book as far deeper grey than it is possibly...it does appear odd when compared to others

Is anyone here Ebay member: comic-warehouse in Flower Mound, Texas? Looks like over 1,600 CBCS slabs on Ebay with auctions starting at low prices. I sent them a PM asking if they are a member of the forum or would consider joining:

Most likely dead since the shell of a turtle is actually the bones of its skeleton merged into a single covering.

I was simply pointing out that it was just a joke that didn’t really require scientific explanation.

Here's today's conundrum for the grading/pressing experts:

If one uses a grading companies' internal pressing service, can the comic still get "light bends on cover"?

This is more of a theoretical question since the reality is yes. I have the evidence!
