Meant to post 1st photo yesterday but got pressured into going out for a few pints of the black nectar and well that was that. Sunday so naturally roast beef with roast spuds,veg and a thick onion gravy So today was beef leftovers plus a few baby spuds steamed in their skins plus the rest  |

| Late dinner tonight, and normally I would have this for breakfast. 3/4 cup of steamed rice. 5 eggs cooked over easy. Saute onion. Dump it all in a ceramic pie plate. Add a little butter, salt, and pepper. Mix it up and you're good to go. One of my favorites. |
