| A book that we are over-looking in all this madness is Hulk 180. Typically Hulk 180 has sold at about 20% of the Hulk 181 price in same grade. This always seemed far to low to me, and how I wish I had put my money where my mouth was. The last 3 sales in 7.0 have all been over $2,000, averaging $2,400. This puts it at about 40% of the Hulk 181 FMV in same grade. And 3X what is was selling for 2 months ago. | ||

| It's difficult for me to think of any graded Marvel key book that hasn't experienced crazy price increases. At this point, we're just tossing around which ones are crazier than crazy. The only, and I mean only one I can think of is S.M. 101. Other than that, no others come to mind. |

| There's no need to make a list. Every book is crazy. The X-23 #1 Dell'Otto book has always been pricey because it's a known low print book; it's still managed to about double. I guess you could make a list of every Marvel book and leave other publishers off. | ||
