New To Your Collection #1114267

To answer your question, no, this is not where the comics go to die. MutantMania private msg quote post Address this user
@HeinzDad I'm glad that you are happy with the book and it went to a good home
I'll keep an eye out for a Hulk 197 as I'm going though my books.

@CatCovers - Awesome pick-ups, Greg! I used to own a beautiful copy of Jumbo #135, but I have no idea what I did with it.

@Studley_Dudley

Nice books!

Is AF 1 at 9.8 considered dreck, though?

It’s heating up a little.

Thank you! For years I would have said yes on AF1, but now I don't know. With people seeking out Avengers West Coast grails, anything is possible.

As someone with an unusually large run on WCA, I can tell you I was shocked to see them at anything but cover price. No, yellow Vision, though. I thought I had it, so never got another. Doh!

I did bid on a CGC 9.8 CPV of AF1 on the Link but I bowed out when it hit four digits. I think it would be appropriate to own a CPV of AF1 just like owning a UKPV of Marvel Team Up 65

I'm not very good at asking for things but I gave it a go!! for $50 more Mr. Hildebrandt was able to better define some of the details - see the new sketch making it's way to me!!

The Media mail challenge existed because I buy weekly drek to this day. Ive toned it down learning from forum members but I still do buy multiple covers every week if I can't stand to. Today was a small haul but everything is in my PC guidelines.

Not a new release but sitting there all of the sudden.

Edit: Yes they are wavy, from what I can tell thats how they look shipped every week. Diamond is barbaric.

Saw someone post this one on here a few days ago and got jealous. Really outstanding cover for such an affordable book.

For the Mike Royer fans out there, stumbled on this one recently....a true dinophile would never let this pass, although strictly speaking Pteranodons and Pterosaurs in general weren't actually dinosaurs.This is one I hope to perhaps get signed eventually and slabbed for my desk...it just has that lost valley of dinosaurs panache' to it
